By registering to the SITA Customer Portal, you will be able to access a range of online services that SITA provides. These services vary from simply just looking at your latest invoice to purchasing several products via the online store. We have dedicated User Groups for areas such as WorldTracer Baggage, Airport Solutions and dedicated Airline groups.
We have tried to make the registration process as easy and simple as possible. Basic details are required such as your name, organization, country etc. The form takes less than 2 minutes to complete. PLEASE NOTE: You will require a business email address to have a registration passed for approval. We will not accept gmail.com, outlook.com, ru.com etc. as these are classed as public email addresses and not secure for verification.
This varies based on the customer. If your organization is already known to SITA and you supply valid details for that organization, including a business email domain address, you will most likely receive approval automatically and within minutes based on our clearance criteria. If your organization is new to SITA or as a contact your organization does not yet have a product purchased from SITA, then we will need to complete additional verification checks. Provided all information, in this instance, is acceptable we aim to complete your registration within 48 hours. If your request to access the Customer Portal is denied, you will also be advised if this decision.
No. As a new Customer Portal user you will need to request access to certain user groups such as Billing, Service Management to name a few. Some of these groups are for specific Airlines/Airports only and in this instance, you would need to be a member of that organization to access these. A SITA Administrator will review your request and notify you if your access request was successful.
Once we approve your registration you will receive an email to your registered business address. This email is specific to you only and should not be shared with any member of your organization. You will be asked to follow the link to create a password with a set of password rules to make it secure. Once that is complete you will then need to go to the Customer Portal login box above and enter your credentials.
