‘Aviation ICT Service Provider of the Year – Africa’, African Airlines Association (AFRAA) 2013/2014

AFRAA names SITA ‘Aviation ICT Service Provider of the Year’ for the second year running. The ‘Aviation Suppliers and Stakeholders Award’ recognizes excellence in service delivery, innovation and competitiveness among the best service providers to the African aviation industry. We were selected due to community initiatives and consistent support for the African air transport industry, in addition to providing innovative, cutting-edge technology.


‘Best Airport IT Service Provider’ Emerging Markets Awards (EMAA) 2010, 2011, 2013

In 2013, we were named ‘Best Airport IT Service Provider’ in the Emerging Markets Airports Awards (EMAA) for the third year in a row. The award recognizes SITA for its ‘Intelligent Airport’ concept, as well as its tailored solutions for regional airports and for using integrated IT solutions which play a crucial role in optimizing airport processes.
